- Positive Nature (This role requires you to be positive, you may be dealing with rejection at times, or abrasive personality types in customers. You must be able to smile and give great customer service)
- Think gray! (A no doesn't always mean no from a customer, sometimes you have to think of ways to find out what ways will make a customer feel more comfortable getting a vehicle... is it the color, vehicle, term, amount, etc. We need improve)
- Great computer skills (you will be emailing and sending photos of vehicles to customers. Great grammar is appreciated, and typing abilities are a must)
People Who Have Done Well: Experience in the food service industry, retail industry, actors/actresses, fast food servers, etc.
This is a Full Time Position - Work 5 days a week on a rotating schedule, benefits after 90 days, compensation will be based on experience. Must be able to pass drug test, have drivers license, and background test. Looking to hire... now!!!
Telemarketer
Part Time Position - Expecting 2 to 7:30 Mon - Fri, maybe more hours as work increases.
You will be calling customers who have purchased vehicles from our dealership and need to come in for service. Warm Calls! You will have training. Pay is hourly plus bonus for appointments.
